For more than 50 years, The Arc Madison Cortland has remained committed to our mission and vision statements of advocating and providing support and services to people with developmental and other disabilities.

Remaining focused on that central mission is and will always be the constant within my responsibilities and those of our dedicated staff.

 

Our top priority is to be people-centered for our employees and the individuals we support. That team approach will ensure we are always striving for excellence. With that priority always at our forefront, I am sure we will overcome any obstacles we may face.
