LEAVE A LEGACY​

A charitable bequest is a distribution from your estate to a charitable organization, such as Builders of the Arc Foundation, through your last will and testament.

 

There are various kinds of bequests and it is recommended that you speak to an attorney or financial adviser to determine which type is right for you.

Below is sample language for leaving a bequest in your will:

"I give, devise, and bequeath to BUILDERS OF THE ARC FOUNDATION, 701 LENOX AVENUE, ONEIDA, NY 13421, the sum of $________ (or a description of the specific asset), for the benefit of BUILDERS OF THE ARC FOUNDATION and its general purposes."

Please note: the legal mailing address is 701 Lenox Avenue, Oneida, NY 13421 for Builders of the Arc Foundation, which supports both Madison and Cortland counties.
